Bold-hearted Andarta of the rough country,
who watched as the earth was torn by ice and stone,
who looked upon the broken land and called it good
and took it for her own: goddess, I call to you.
Bear-maiden, bringer of victory, wielder
of spear and shield, yours is the art of battle,
yours the art of the hunt; great and mighty goddess,
lady of the mountains, lady of the storms,
fearsome and frolicsome, yours are the constant
and the headstrong, the sturdy and the staunch,
yours are those who endure, who fall and rise again.
Steadfast Andarta, I praise and honor you.
